Speedup your 1X, 2X, and 3X CD-ROM

Following steps could speedup your < 4X CD-ROM run as much as twice as fast:

1. Right click on "My Computer" and choose Properties
2. Select "Performance | File System | CD-ROM" and follow the instructions.
